How to use

Ingredients: 
*. One teaspoon of cinnamon powder  — freshly ground
*. Juice of half a lemon
*. One tablespoon of honey
*. One glass of warm water

Method of use:
Take one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it in a glass. 

Now add the lemon juice and honey. Mix this well to make a paste. Add the warm water and mix well.
 

When and how much:
Make sure you have this mixture once a day (preferably in the morning) on an empty stomach.
